Author Guidelines

FAIMA Business & Management Journal welcomes the submission of original scholarly work that contributes to the advancement of knowledge in business, management, economics, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, organizational studies, public administration, and related interdisciplinary fields. Manuscripts should present clear research objectives, sound methodology, analytical rigor, and findings that are relevant to academics, practitioners, policymakers, and researchers. Submissions must be written in clear, concise, and professional English and should not be under consideration by any other publication at the time of submission.

Authors are encouraged to prepare their manuscripts in a standard academic format. A typical submission should include a title page containing the full title of the manuscript, the name(s) of the author(s), institutional affiliation(s), contact information for the corresponding author, and, where applicable, ORCID identifiers. The main manuscript should normally contain an abstract of approximately 150–250 words summarizing the purpose, methodology, principal findings, and implications of the study, followed by 4–6 keywords that accurately reflect the content of the paper.

The body of the manuscript should be organized logically and may include sections such as introduction, literature review, theoretical framework, research methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, and references. Authors should ensure that the research problem is clearly stated, the methodology is described in sufficient detail to allow understanding and evaluation, and the conclusions are supported by the evidence presented. Tables, figures, charts, and other illustrations should be numbered consecutively, provided with descriptive titles, and cited appropriately within the text. Any abbreviations or specialized terminology should be explained at first use.

FAIMA Business & Management Journal encourages the use of recognized academic citation and referencing practices. Authors should apply a consistent citation style throughout the manuscript and ensure that all sources cited in the text are included in the reference list. References should be accurate, complete, and, where possible, include DOI numbers or persistent identifiers for cited works. Excessive self-citation and references unrelated to the research should be avoided.

Authors submitting empirical studies involving human participants, organizations, surveys, interviews, or confidential data should ensure that appropriate ethical standards have been followed. Where required, authors should indicate that informed consent was obtained and that the research complied with relevant institutional or national ethical guidelines. Any potential conflicts of interest, financial support, or funding sources related to the research should be disclosed transparently within the manuscript.

Before submission, authors should carefully review their manuscripts for grammatical accuracy, clarity of expression, completeness of references, and conformity with the journal’s scope. Manuscripts that do not meet basic scholarly or linguistic standards may be returned for revision prior to editorial consideration. Authors are advised to ensure that the manuscript has been thoroughly proofread and that all identifying information has been removed from the main document if anonymous review is required.

Submissions are evaluated through the journal’s editorial and peer-review process on the basis of originality, scholarly quality, methodological soundness, relevance to the aims and scope of the journal, and contribution to the field of business and management studies. The editorial team may request revisions ranging from minor corrections to substantial modifications, and authors are expected to respond to reviewers’ comments in a timely and constructive manner.

By submitting a manuscript to FAIMA Business & Management Journal, authors confirm that the work is original, that all listed authors have made a significant contribution to the research and approve the submitted version, and that the manuscript complies with accepted standards of academic integrity and responsible scholarly conduct.
